Shipping Guide – How Your Order is Packed
Orders are packed within 2–3 business days and sent via Australia Post Express from Harvey WA 6220. Postage is based on fabric volumn (meters).

Orders over 24 metres will be packed into multiple satchels, and shipping will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
Please note that while parcels are sent using Australia Post Express, we are outside the national overnight Express network, so delivery may take an additional 1–2 days depending on location.
Tracking details will be available in your customer account once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so it can be corrected before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, the exact cost of re-shipping the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Insurance / Signature
Australia Post includes $100 insurance with all parcels.
Additional insurance or Signature on Delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us before ordering if you require this.

We currently ship within Australia only.
